Forgive me. I have not blogged for several months and this has to be my comeback post. You see, a week ago I watched a documentary on Channel 4 about women - and girls - in the UK who despair the way their vagina looks that they are seriously considering genital plastic surgery. I found this beyond comprehension and thought of blogging about it, but waited until I was less emotional on the topic.
Well, a week and 2 days have passed and I still feel strongly about the subject. What makes a perfect vagina? Beats me. I thought, as long as it did its functions then a vagina was perfect. But obviously, not to the girls in their teens, the women in their early 20’s, and the women in their 30’s, who are all willing to undergo the tremendous pain in order to make their vaginas more attractive. To whom?
The presenter, Lisa Rogers, was on a mission - to dissuade the girls and women from undergoing vaginal plastic surgery. She had a few tricks up her sleeves.
One was to have a cast of your vagina done by sculptor Jamie McCartney.
